Conveyor roller description
1. Conveyor roller features:

2. Conveyor roller structure and material: it is a standard part composed of inner, outer ring, rolling body and cage. The material of the ring and rolling body is mainly high strength, high hardness and high carbon steel of chromium manganese, such as GCr15, GCr15SiMn, etc. The ball is also useful for high speed bearings. The cage is stamped with a soft steel plate or with a copper, aluminum, zinc alloy or plastic.

Technical standards and precautions of Conveyor roller

3, when using GCr15 and ZGCr15 steel to make bearing rings and rollers, the hardness value of rings and rollers should be 61~65HRC. When using GCr15SiMn and ZGCr15SiMn steel, the hardness value should be 60~64HRC. The hardness testing method and the uniformity of the hardness of the same part are regulated by JB1255.
4, check the radial clearance and axial clearance of the bearing should be in accordance with the regulations of GB4604 - 84.
5, the inner and outer raceway of Conveyor roller should be free from spalling and serious wear, and no cracks should be found in the inner and outer rings. The ball should be free from abrasion, the cage will not be seriously deformed, and no abnormal noise or vibration will occur when rotating. Stop when it stops.

The life of bearings is closely related to manufacturing, assembly and use. We must do well in every link, so that the bearing can be in the best running state, so as to extend the service life of bearings.
1, the selection and control of the tolerance of the shaft and bearing room: the bearing should be flexibly and without block feeling after the bearing is pressed into the bearing. If the apparent rotation is not flexible, the size of the shaft is too large and the tolerance should be down. If the shaft has a sense of "sand sand" when the shaft is pressed into the shaft with the hand, it may be too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. So it is necessary to control the roundness when controlling the tolerance of shaft and bearing room. At present, many domestic manufacturers only control the tolerance, and have no control on the roundness.
2, bearing assembly way: because the bearing is a high precision product, such as improper assembly, it is easy to cause damage to the bearing gully and cause the bearing damage. In the bearing assembly should have a dedicated mold, can not beat, in pressing axis only small force, only large force pressing circle. When assembling, it is required to use air pressure or hydraulic pressure. When the press is installed, the upper and lower die must be horizontal. If the inclination occurs, it will cause the bearing groove to be damaged due to the force and cause the bearing to produce sound.
3, the prevention of assembly of foreign matter: when the bearing is mounted on the rotor to do dynamic balancing, it is easy to enter the internal bearing of iron scrap produced by dynamic balance, so it is best to do dynamic balancing before bearing. Some manufacturers for ease of assembly, assembly of some oil or grease lubrication effect in the bearing house painted, but often the operator is difficult to control, if the oil or grease in the bearing chamber accumulates more, the bearing rotates easily along the shaft into the bearing. The best bearing room is not to oil or oil, if not coated, it should not be kept in the bearing room.
4, the prevention of paint rust: paint rust is characterized by multiple seals in the motor. When the motor is assembled, the sound is very good. But after putting it in the warehouse for a long time, the abnormal noise of the motor changes greatly, and the bearing is seriously rusted. In the past, many manufacturers would think that it was a problem of bearing. After our continuous propaganda, the motor factory has now
