The accuracy and grade of HDPE roller
The precision of rolling HDPE roller (main) dimension precision and rotation precision. Precision grade has been standardized, divided into 0 levels, 6X, 6, 5, 4, 2, six grades.
The accuracy is improved in order from the 0 level, which is sufficient for the 0 level for general purpose, but requires a 5 or higher precision in the condition or occasion shown in Table 1.
Although the grade of precision is based on the standard of ISO, its address is different from the national standards.

The gap of HDPE roller
The HDPE roller clearance is the gap between the inner ring, the outer ring and the rolling body. It is the amount of movement that moves the inner or outer circles to be fixed, the other moves up or down or in the left and right direction. The movement of the radial direction and the axial direction is called the radial clearance and the axial clearance, respectively.
The selection of HDPE roller clearance has a great influence on the mechanical operation precision, HDPE roller life, friction resistance, temperature rise, vibration and noise. The clearance of HDPE roller before installation is different from the working clearance after working. If the axial alignment is accurate, the working clearance should be as small as possible.
When choosing the HDPE roller gap, the following main factors must be taken into full consideration:
1) the loosing of the HDPE roller with the shaft and the casing hole leads to the change of the HDPE roller clearance value. Generally speaking, the expansion of HDPE roller inner ring raceway can be approximated to 80% of its interference fit, while the contraction of outer ring can be roughly defined as 70% of its interference volume (prerequisites: solid steel shaft, normal steel HDPE roller seat wall thickness).
2) during the operation of the HDPE roller, the difference of heat dissipation and expansion coefficient between the shaft and the shell also leads to the change of the value of the clearance.
